Greece: Monday, April 9, 2012. Predeceased by his parents, William and Bridget McGwin; brother, Daniel McGwin; wife, Linda McGwin. Survived by his children, William Jr. (Debbie) McGwin, Karen (Royce) Fairhead, Colleen (Jack) Swanstrom and Michael (Kathe) McGwin; 12 grandchildren; sister, Kathleen O’Connor; companion, Gail MacDonald; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Friends may call Friday (April 13th) 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday (April 14th) 10:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulche Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the School of the Holy Childhood or the charity of one’s choice in his memory.

    Colleen, Mike told me about your father’s death. I’m so sorry. Losing a parent is always so difficult. Let me know how you are doing. Do your children all speak British??? Love, Pat

    Hi, So sorry we are not able to come to the visiting hours today, but want you all to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.     Rest in Peace our dear Uncle Bill. Uncle Bill was always there for us as childeren and adults. This earth lost a great man, but now heaven will have a greater soul. God Bless!
