William C. Wilson Greece: June 2, 2018 at age 94. Predeceased by his son William K.; granddaughter, Christa Mertz; great granddaughter, Sophia Mertz. Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Edith Wilson; daughters, Susan B. (Richard) Santo; Diane R. Wilson; Katherine A. (Steven) Mertz; grandchildren. Robert Winch, Carrie Martineau, Andrew (Tiffany) Mertz, Scott (Marissa) Mertz, Hanna & Jacob Wilson; many great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; nieces, nephews, cousins. Bill was a retiree of Eastman Kodak co. after 37 years. His career highlight was working on NASA lunar orbiter and the NASA stereo camera which was on Apollo 13. In 2001 he was awarded the Greece Citizen of the year award for volunteering within our community which included the AAARP senior tax coordinator and counselor, he and Edith were very active for years with Meals on Wheels as well as Greece Food Shelf. He was a longtime member and Deacon at Bethany Presbyterian Church and proud founder of Greece’s Monroe ARC children’s program. Bill loved living and traveling. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Bill’s celebration of life will be held Friday, June 8th 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the mausoleum at Riverside Cemetery.     He may be gone but he will live forever in your hearts and thoughts. Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband, father, and grandfather. We will remember his sense of humor and willingness to give of himself be it babysitting for his grandchildren or delivering Meals on Wheels. Rest In Peace.

    Uncle Bill was a good man and a great uncle. Played golf, went to beach and had many Friendly’s sundays on his nickle growing up. He also put up with me and Billy with all our young boy issues (trouble). Will miss him.
