Uncle Bill was such a lovely man. I will always remember his smile when I walked in the room at family gatherings, his singing and, his dancing with Aunt Phyllis. Sending love and condolences from Georgia…

Bill Rapp has been part of my life for over 60 years. He was the voice of reason in any discussion, always the calming influence. When Phyllis died, the angels took charge and brought Helen to Bill. She has been the joy of his life and a wonderful friend. The Gates of Heaven have opened wide for Bill Rapp.
