WILLIAM ABBOT O’DELL
Irondequoit: William Abbot O’Dell passed peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2022. William is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean; his children, William (Karen); Patricia (Sean) Kelly; Michael (Marti); his grandchildren, Shannon; Amanda Angie (Salvatore Baleno); and Sean (Michelle); and 4 great grandchildren; and also survived by his sister, Judith Spurlock (Steven Zahos); as well as many nieces and nephews and special friends. Bill was the successful owner of Romig’s Tavern and a special thanks to his Romig’s family and longtime customers.
Private services were held. Private Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may me made to the charity of one’s choice in his memory.
Sending my condolences to the family. Cousin Jean this is Patti Harrison my middle name is Jean.Your Pat was named after me as I you. Praying for peace and comfort for your family. May God continue to be with you at this time.

So many memories of Uncle Bill..one of my favorites was when he drove snow mobile down Edgemere Dr dressed as Santa Claus.. it was the high light of Christmas. Miss u Uncle Bill. Love & Prays go out to our Family the O’Dells. God Bless u all.

Bill was a great person and we had a lot of great and fun times with him he will be missed .
