Greece: Suddenly, Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Predeceased by wife, Jeanne Richards. Survived by loving daughter, Jill Richards of Rochester, NY and his cat, Daisy. Bill was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company. Bill had great passion for metalworking and a true love for animals. Originally from Oil City, PA, he spent many summers at his cottage in Henry’s Bend, PA. No local services. Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Seneca, PA.
