Wendy Kay Meyering Coyle
Entered into Heavenly rest on June 6, 2022 at Strong Memorial Hospital with her children by her side at age 75. She was born on September 21, 1946 in Rochester N.Y. to Charles W. Meyering and Joyce A. (Wigley) Meyering.
She was raised in Farmington N.Y. and attended Victor Central School where she had made many wonderful memories. She lived in Orlando, Florida for 18 years and returned to New York in 2006 to be closer to her family and finally settled down in Albion, N.Y.
Wendy was always a free spirit with a big love for animals and nature. Cats, wolves, and lilacs were her favorite! She loved bike riding and the beach but music and dancing was her greatest passion and she attended concerts and art festivals. She loved to watch shows like Law and Order, Cops, and WWE. She was a friend of Bill W. and Bob for over 37 years! Anyone who ever met her said she was one of the sweetest people you would ever meet. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her!
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her awesome husband Robert Richey Coyle. And two amazing brother-in-laws, Ed Dermady and Paul Sachdeva. And a beautiful nephew!
She is survived by her Children, Darylene (Tom) Hauck, Kim (Scot Sabo) Stewart, Joe (Meghan) Coyle, Bob Coyle, Tracy (Chris) Cretelle. Grandchildren, Julia (Mike) Loson, Rachael (Sam Bomburger) Little, Tyler Coyle, Liam Coyle, Colin Coyle, Charlie Coyle, Christina Cretelle, Bonnie (Christopher) Germany, Timothy (Sarah) Akins Jr.. Great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Olivia, Abigail, and Arya.; siblings, Beverly Dermady and Sharon Sachdeva; loving family and many dear friends.
Wendy’s celebration of life will be in Cape Vincent on Wilson’s Bay with family. Interment will be in White Haven Memorial Park.
