I’m happy that Dad is at peace with with Mom but also sad… he loved us all. As norm, we will try to get to FL in the winter – now that I don’t have to worry about my Dad. Your children were always HIS grandchildren – the same as Laura and my Justyn! Love you – Shirl & Richard

Shirl and Richard, my heart cries with you. He will always be in my heart as is your Mom. They were my second parents and were always good to me and my family. We cannot express how important they both have been in our lives. Just remember, they also gave me another sister. I love you and hope you can get to Florida. The apartment is ready anytime.

Shirley and Richard, I am so sorry to hear about your dad.
I know he was having a hard time for the last
Few months it’s very difficult to watch your
Parents go through that. You were great care
Givers to him and did a wonderful job
Advocating for him to have the best
Quality of life possible. You should be at peace
Knowing you were there for him which gave
Him love and comfort during his last days.
Take care, God bless love Mary DeLorme

    Thank you Michelle,
Our Karen wanted to come into town to be next to our sides but we thought best that this was not the time. Fortunately, she had a very nice visit with my Dad when she was in town last year. We are not sad – look at all the positives and Dad had a very full 90 years. The last 8 mths were a challenge but we were by his side every step of the way. Love to you and your family! Shirley & Richard
