Walter John Tymkin

Greece: February 20, 2014 at age 85. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Noreen Doyle Tymkin; son, Keith J. (Bonny L.) Tymkin of Virginia Beach, VA., daughter, Mary B. Tymkin; grandchildren, Justin C. Tymkin and Holly L. Tymkin of Virginia Beach, VA.; sister, Irene Keegan; sisters-in-law, Mary Lu Cassin and Sharon Diehl; several nieces and nephews. Walt was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War, a Brockport Yacht Club member, 4th degree St. Leo’s Knights of Columbus #9461 and Knights of Columbus Color Corps. Walt’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 10:00AM at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Road, Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St Marks Church or the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620 in Walt’s memory.
