Walter J. Krasavage Greece:  Sunday, May 2, 2021 at age 88.  Predeceased by his wife Maureen M. Krasavage; brother-in-law, Robert Fallon.  He is survived by his children, Beth (David) Rice, Eileen (Stephen) Hopkins, Brian (Ellen) Krasavage, Sue Holt; grandchildren, Emily (Travis) Patterson, Timothy (Larissa) and Katie Rice, Paige, Megan and Zachary Hopkins, Nicole (James Militello), Rachel (Eric Klass), Jason (Ally) and Tyler Krasavage, Jessica and Justin Holt; brother, Martin (Argenta) Krasavage; sister-in-law, Margaret Fallon; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Walter was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served in Company D, First Battle Group, 13th Infantry in Germany.  He came to Rochester following his undergraduate from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre PA and received his Master’s degree from the U of R in Radiation Biology. He retired from Eastman Kodak Co. as a toxicologist.  After retirement, he and Maureen enjoyed touring the U.S. in their RV.  Walter had a love for the outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, golfing, dogs and sports especially supporting the NY Yankees and Notre Dame.  He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed.     Doug and Celia Topping: To Beth and family: I’m sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Walt was such a great guy to work with at Kodak. We had so much fun together, although the tox studies sometimes became tense… I have a picture of me with him in front of Buckingham Palace when we were in London to evaluate a lab. A great trip early in my Kodak career! It was also great to see him a few years ago when he came for Gary’s going away party. Rest in peace, Walt. Doug

    To Beth and the Krasavage Family: Bill and I send our heartfelt condolences to the family at this most challenging time. We were so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with Uncle Walter in the past few years when he visited North Eastetn PA. To be with my folks and us.     To Beth and Family: Johanna and I were saddened to hear that your father passed away. It was a privilege to have spent my first years (1974-76) in B-306 at Kodak working with Walt in the toxicology labs. He helped me set-up our microscope labs, and guided me on some of the Kodak programs. Joe & Johanna Gorsuch
