I knew Vinny since we were chidren but never imagined when I introduced him to Patty at the Flyer’s Club so long ago that he would become such a part of my family. He was a fine brother-in law and a kind, generous and gentle man. There will always be an empty place at the family table. I will miss you. Vinny, Patty and Kelly were such a trio. Love to all of you, Jean

Dear Patty and Kelly, We are so sorry. Vinny was loved by all of us. He was a very kind and thoughtful man. My Dad would always love to see him at the market. My Mom was so happy that she had the chance to visit him and asked about him daily. He was so good to Michael. Whenever he saw him, he would slip him some money and that made Michael’s day! Vinny will be missed by all of us. We hope you find comfort in all of your wonderful memories of him. With our love and prayers, Aunt Fanny, Jo Ann, Tom and Michael

I have so many great memories from my childhood: holidays and family parties, summers at the cottage, and hanging out with Kelly, often at Aunt Patty and Uncle Vinny’s. I’ll remember his kindness and how all the other men in the family were jealous of his famous thick, dark hair. Rest In Peace. Love, Julie

Uncle Vinny has always been such an important presence in my life and our family. This became especially true after Alex and Evan were born and he became a third grandfather to them. We all used to look forward to our weekly trips to the market. No matter how busy he was, Uncle Vinny would take time to give the boys some cheese and pepperoni and whatever spare change he had on him! Uncle Vinny could be a bit critical of food and nothing would make me happier than when he complimented something I made at a family gathering! We will miss him terribly, but are so thankful for the time we had with him and the wonderful memories. Craig, Renee, Alex and Evan

Kelly and Patricia, As a teen and young adult, I knew Vinny as Mr. DelGudico. A strong and loving father to my friend. He was a great food service entrepreneur. Years later my family and my own children knew him as Vinny from the public market downtown. They look forward to their visit with him when they traveled to there. He will be missed.

Dear Patty and Kelly My deepest condolences in the loss of your husband and dad, he will be truly missed by many and when I visit in Rochester it just will not be the same without my nephew Vinny. I remember each time I would come to Rochester, he would always make sure he took the time off from work to see me, he was so caring and fun to be with. I remember the year all of you came to visit and we had a great time, there was not enough he could do. I will truly miss him but he will always be in my prayers and thoughts. Vinny you were one of the nicest nephews I had and someday we will meet again. Love, and prayers, Aunt Jane

Dear Kelly- I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Thinking of him gives me warm memories of my father, whom we lost a few years ago and miss very much. They had such good times back in the day. cute memory- I remember one day when I was in kindergarten, I missed my bus stop home, so they dropped me off 2 streets over -right in front of your house. I was scared and your fathered noticed and sweetly yelled across to me "Amy do you want me to take you home?" I was embarrassed and took off running and crying to my house! Please give our condolences to your mother- from my mom Patty, my sister Paula and I. God bless you both.

I know I’m late Uncle Vinny but you’d expect nothing less from me. I smile as I think of your smirk, or your commenting on my/our arrival at just about every event. I will miss our talks. They meant a lot and you provided a lot of perspective for me through the years. The family could always count on you. I don’t believe I’m alone in that thought. Our family has lost a prominent elder statesman. We will do our best to always remember you and to honor & respect family as you did. We love you…………Rob & Susanne To my Aunt & Cousin…….We love you very much
