Trudy wasn’t only my sister-in-law but my BEST friend. I have plenty of fond memories of times we spent doing things together that I will hold on tight to.. She was truly a wonderful person who had a heart of gold. She was always there to lend a hand when you need it. She was there to pick you up when you were down.. She was totally dedicated to her grand children and did everything to advocate for them. She always put them first on her list of priorities often overlooking her own needs. I truly miss you, my friend. I hope you have found peace. I find comfort in the fact that you are done suffering all the aches and pains you endured when you battled all the health issues that came your way. I know she is now in the hands of the Lord where she will find comfort. May you rest in peace.
Sending my condolences to Trudy’s family in their loss of a loved one. I know too well how the grieving cycle impacts each person differently, having learned at age 7 when my mom was taken way too early in her life. I suggest taking whatever time you need and grieving in your own way. Trudy was of help to me when I was faced with a cancer diagnosis in 2022 and I appreciated her insight on fighting that enemy.
I met Trudy when she let Skylar come visit my daughter Brianna to hangout at the park or our house, she was a wonderful person and I was in Awww of how much she loved and dedicated her life to her granddaughters, I am so sorry for your loss.
My neighbor and friend as we grew up across the street from one another. We had many adventures back in the day. Although we grew apart once I left Rochester I was glad to spend time with her when my dad passed away. She overcame a lot and I will always cherish our times together and try to smile eventually when I think of her.
