Thomas B. Dougherty   Fulton: Sunday, March 28, 2021 at age 71. Predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Edna; his wife, Judy Dougherty.   Survived by his daughter, Erin Dougherty (Alexandr Yezerski); sisters-in-law, Teresa Tibble, Denise (Tom) Atkinson; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Tom was a proud Vietnam Air Force Veteran. He was a graduate of East Tennessee State University.   His Celebration of Life will be held later this year. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rescue Mission, 155 Gifford Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 in his memory.

    I knew Tom from working with him in the Production Control department of Inland Fisher Guide division of General Motors. A nicer or more hardworking man I have never met. RIP Tom, you have earned it. I will miss you friend.

    I worked with Tom for a short time at National Grid. He was so nice to chat with and always had a smile on his face. My deepest condolences to his daughter, Erin, whom he spoke about all the time. I am also sorry for his wife passing as well. May they rest in eternal peace. Mary Ann Brown

    Erin, I’m so sorry for your loss..first your mom and now your dad. You are in my prayers. I have so many memories of Tom. When my parents had a terrible car accident, your grandmother, Aunt Edna, took my sister in I in. Tom was now my “ big brother” as well as my cousin! We stayed there for a month or so and I have so many memories of that, and also all the other times together with all the other cousins. Blessed memories…again Erin, you are in my prayers.

    Sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. Had the pleasure of working for him at Carrier for a few years.He was a great guy.Shared many stories about his time at East Tennessee State.Loved his family and was proud of his daughter, the soccer star.Down to earth man.
