Bill and I were only with Ted on a few occasions but it was evident from our first meeting that he was the salt of the earth. What a kind, gentle, loving man. They say a measure of a man is how he treats his family and friends. If that is the case, then Ted’s measure would traverse the infinite. Carol and Ted share so much love and I say share, because that love continues, as does life after death. We will all miss him and be grateful that he touched our lives if only for a moment in time. Melle and Bill Sensibbaugh Florence, S.C.

Your Celebration of Life was wonderful! I know you are so proud of your children. Debora, Denise and Don are such a tribute to you because of all the things you taught them about life, honor, loyalty, love and honesty. Because of the way you lived your life, they have been and continue to be such a blessing in mine. Above all, as you always said, ‘That’s what family is about and what it does. I will love you forever and then some. I will miss you and will always remember all the things you taught me too. You have left an indelible footprint on my heart and soul. Be at peace my love and keep communicating with the Grands. They love you too.
