Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at age 95 after a short illness. Survived by her son, James M. Jackson (Janice Rubens) of Amasa, MI, daughters Janice E. Jackson of Rochester, NY, and Judith S. Jackson (Carl Dickson) of Madison, WI, Grandchildren Dael L. Jackson (Frank Coyne) of West Norriton, PA , and J. Bradford Jackson of Dewey Beach, Delaware and their mother Christine Fitch. Born in New York City, Sue graduated from Rochester’s Monroe High School and Albany State Teachers College. She was married to J. Edward (“Ted”) Jackson for 65 years until his death. She loved playing games and had a lifelong love of music, singing in the Town of Greece Choral Society and church choirs. Her volunteer activities included tutoring math, reading for the Head Start Program, Girl Scout leader, and various activities at Lakeside Presbyterian Church including ordination as an Elder and election as chair of the Board of Trustees. Friends will be invited to attend her Memorial Service to be held in the Spring.     We have wonderful memories of Sue……her laughter and her joy in the everyday of her life. She and Ted were the perfect neighbors. It has been our pleasure to have known both of them.

    Our condolences to Jim, Janice and Judy. Sue was a wonderful woman. She and Ted both lived such full and productive lives. We truly enjoyed their friendship.
