RIP Sean. Sean was one of the ‘good guys’ on campus who always went out of his way to help his colleagues out. You will be missed!
Colleen and the rest of the family, I pray you find strength in the memories you have of Sean and find peace in the love you shared with him. All my heart,
Lisa Dow
I will miss you so much – hope you get to enjoy cocktails up there. You were truly my best friend since college and we could always talk about anything. We just had dinner last week and I can’t beleive you are gone.xoxo
Condolences to the family. Sean was always such a patient, kind person to work with. During an out of town conference he could always be counted on for a good laugh and a fun time. I hope you can find some peace during this time from the fact that Sean was so loved and cared for by his workplace.
I never met Sean in person. In the year I’ve worked at the University of Rochester, I spoke with Sean on the phone tens of times, and we got to know each other because he was my favorite go-to; he always had answers, he was never mean or frustrated with me, and he made me laugh. He was silly. You could hear his smile through the phone receiver and it made tasks inviting if I knew I had to call Sean. I will really miss laughing with that sweet voice. What a sweetheart.
I’m so sorry to hear of Sean’s passing. Sean was the person I went to with countless course/room needs for our department over the years. He definitely knew his job in the Registrar’s office very well, and was always a pleasure to deal with. Like many others, I will miss him. My sincere condolences to his family and all those who cared about him.
James & family, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Sean shared his laughter with us and we are better individuals for it. May we always remember that infectious laugh.
Sean will surely be missed here at the University of Rochester. Sean was so kind and helpful; one of my favorite people to interact with on campus. I always knew I could contact with him with questions and favors. He was my ‘go to’ with anything involving the Registrar’s Office. He will be greatly missed. RIP, Sean.
We will miss Sean at the University. He was always so patient and kind. He was pleasant and helpful with any questions we had…no matter how many.
What a nice man! So sorry for your family’s loss. I worked with him when he was at the Simon School and he was always so pleasant and nice to work with and a whiz with those analytical issues. Karen Kingsbury
While I only met Sean once, his spirit was infectious. He was such a nice guy to be around; he was very happy to be with his family/friends for a celebration in Florida.
I am so very sorry and heartbroken for the loss of Sean. My prayers and thoughts are with James and his entire family. May memories comfort you now and always.
A very special guy. If you judge a man by how much he is loved, he was a Titan.
I am terribly sorry to hear of Sean’s passing. It was nice to meet him when I did. James and family I am sorry for your loss and my prayers and condolences go out to you and your family.– Chantele
