Roman was a great guy who always had a positive attitude. We played a lot of golf together in Florida. We always stopped after a round of golf to have a brew etc. We shared our views of life, sports and politics. He was always courteous and respectful to others. Condolences to Leslie and family❤️!

Roman and I got together 2 to 3 sometimes even 4 times a week, every week for the last 25 years to play tennis and socialize. We would often tip a couple of beers after tennis and discuss the topics of the day. I often would run problems or issues I was having in my life with my family or business by him for advice. His knowledge and wisdom made him the right man to ask. In 25 years I can count on one hand the times I saw Roman in a bad mood. His pleasant disposition always made it enjoyable to be in his company. His passing will be a void in my life that will never be filled. Hopefully, we will meet again.

I played tennis with Roman a few times at TCR and he was always the gentleman. We aways greeted when we ran into each other. I will miss him. My sympathies to his family. You were lucky to have him in your life. Barbara Altfather

Roman was a warm and caring person to work with. As a Financial Advisor, Roman guided many clients over many years to meet their investment goals. Our team will miss his presence but we will take comfort in the many smiles and memories that his wit and friendship created. Clearly and on many levels, a life well lived! Our prayers and positive thoughts are with Leslie and family during this difficult time. Barry & Dottie Sullivan

I met Roman a few years ago at The Tennis Club of Rochester. We were in the same league and over the years we played together on a regular basis. In the winter about twice a week and in the Summer about 2 to 3 times a week. Besides being a really good tennis player he was a great guy. He had a great sense of humor and a very positive outlook. I loved Romans competitiveness on the court. I feel lucky that I got to know him over the last few years and I will truly miss him. I hope the best for his family during this very hard time.

Roman, was one of a kind in a good way. We traveled together for the game of golf that he was very proficient golfer. He always looked out for me and we played cards , together we ran card tournaments, and socialize many times. He is a great friend and though we differed on politics, he was a kind and thoughtful person. We had lots of spirited discussions. Always with a good result. He introduced me to many of his friends and we often dined together. I will miss him so very much. I will catch up to you on the first tee. Your friend, Dickster
