Hulse, Robert F. Hilton:  Surrounded by his family, after a brief struggle with multiple myeloma passed on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at age 70.  Predeceased by his parents, George and Lena Hulse; stepson, David Peters.  He leaves behind his wife, Rose; sister, Jane Broadbent (Craig); sons, Daryl (Laura), Kyle, Thomas Peters (Melissa); grandchildren, David Carmestro, Amanda Peters, Kyle Jr. Hulse, Taft Derby, Zane Peters. Bob served his country in the U. S. Army for four years, followed by a career with Kodak where he retired after 37 years of service.  Bob loved to golf, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends at home, during summers at Half Moon Beach on Piseco Lake and most recently one winter with new friends in Hacienda Del Rio in Edgewater, FL.  His grandchildren always looked forward to his famous pancakes and frittatas along with his playful manner.  Bob believed in living life to the fullest and was never at a loss for words as can be attested to by those that knew him well. Friends may call Wednesday (Nov 1st) 4-7PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Rochester.  His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday (Nov 2nd) 11:00 AM at St. Leo’s Church, Hilton.  Friends and family are invited to attend a reception immediately following the Mass.  Private Interment, Riverside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851 or the charity of one’s choice in his memory.  For more information or to sign Robert’s online guestbook, please visit Meesonfamily.com.
