Rita Ryan Ridley (Sal) Greece: Rita joined the Lord peacefully on Thanksgiving morning surrounded by her family, at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, James H. Ridley; her siblings, James, Dave, Jack, Dick, Mary Uebelacker and Margaret Sherwood; in-laws, Marian Ryan, Phylis Ryan, Jack Uebelacker, Walt Sherwood, Dick Dinehart. Loving mother to: David Ridley, Janet (David) Held, Karen (Jerry) Muller, Cheryl (Fred) Knauf; Endearing grandmother to: Mark (Jesse) Held, Julia Held, Ryan (Leah) Heins, Sarah (Dustin) Fess, Jeremy Muller, Jonathan Muller, Eric Knauf, Adam Knauf, Benjamin Knauf; 4 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Joseph (Marion) Ryan, Agnes (Jack) Forsythe, Ellen Dinehart, Jean (Thomas) Brook; sisters-in-law, Bernie Ryan, Margie Ryan; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She cherished her family and friends with her love and endless energy. Our gratitude to The Legacy at Maiden Park for welcoming her as family. Friends may call Monday (Nov 26th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday (Nov 27th) 9:30 AM at St. Lawrence Church. Interment, St. John’s Cemetery, Spencerport. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the School of the Holy Childhood in her memory. Our deepest condolences to the Family… Sal left such a great legacy and touched all she met (even if only once) with a treasured kindness, caring outreach, and joyful soul that is so prevalent in the Ryan Family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
