Greece: Thursday, July 18, 2013. Predeceased by her husband, Walter Simpson. Survived by her son, Richard A. Simpson; daughter, Suzanne Pratt; granddaughter, Kaitlyn C. Pratt; loving family and friends. No prior calling. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday (July 27th) 10:00 AM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Private Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice in her memory.
At the Rochester Women’s Bowling Association, we remember Rita fondly. She served on the Board of Directors for many years, traveled to meetings, tournaments, etc. We had a good time.
