Richard Memmel

Richard Memmel, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 23rd at Unity Hospital surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born on August 27th, 1942, in Rochester NY. He decided to leave Rochester at an early age and join the marines in order to make his father proud. After several years he decided to come home and meet a beautiful girl at Ontario beach named Louise C. (Santucci) , and after 3 dates he asked for her hand in marriage. He knew instantly that he had found his soulmate, and lived a very dedicated life for his beloved wife. 

He is predeceased by his parents Richard and Grace Memmel (Grens). Richard is survived by his three children, Debra (John) Czudak of Conesus NY, Richard (Norma) Memmem and Melinda (Jason) Miller. 

He was an amazing grampy to his ten grandkids, Andrew and Timothy Caldwell, Becca (Scott) Smith, Jessica (Colby) Carll, Nathaniel Czudak, Mackenzie and her Fiance Alec Iovino, Austin, Ayden, and Zoey Miller, Elizabeth and Alana Mills, Annalisa and Braxton Memmel, Joanna, Angel and Amy Aguirre, as well as three great grandchildren Addison Smith and Quinn and Caden Carll. He was a dedicated bus attendant for Gates Chili for ten years after being a plumber for over 30 years. 

His Celebration of Life will be held sometime in the spring, with more info to follow.
