Dear Errol, So sorry for your loss. I know that Phyllis was very sick but it is still not easy. Know of special thoughts and prayers for you and your family these days. I have many memories of our growing up next door to you and all your family. Joan Marshall
Dear Family, When I moved to Unionville Station, Phyllis was one of the first people to welcome me. She had a very lively spirit. She spoke her mind and wanted what she saw as best for the community. When I was faced with my cancer challenge 3 years ago, I remembered Phyllis’s courage. I remembered seeing her riding her bicycle around the circle after her own personal bout with illness. She met her challenges head on. If you ask folks, they will say, ‘It was so unfair. She had to fight so many battles.’ She kept her chin up and was a role model for others. Most of all, I know that Phyllis loved her family and her family loved her. She has been in the thoughts and prayers of many neighbors. Wishing you peace. carol
