Greece: Tuesday, December 09, 2008 at age 75. Predeceased by her husband, Henry J. Kuitems; son, John R. Kuitems. She is survived by her sons, Lawrence Kuitems & William (Marie) Kuitems; daughters, Mary (Mark) Williamson, Ann Vereecke & Maggi Kuitems; brothers, Lawrence (Angela) MacDonald, Richard MacDonald & Louis (Marianne) Raisch; sisters, Donna (Brad) Wheeler & Chick Mcallister; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins; dear friends. Patricia is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is a founding member of St. Mark’s Parish. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her. Friends may call Thursday, December 11th, 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Friday, December 12th , 9:30 A.M. at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons Street, P.O. Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057 in her memory.
Dear Kuitems Family; It has been many years since I’ve seen most of you after leaving Hilton in ’86, but I have fond memories growing up with Mag’s. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your Mom. May God hold you near and comfort you. Susie

Dear Maggi, Needless to say, I was very surprised to hear about your mom passing away. I didn’t know the end was so close. I am also glad that you were with your mom in her time of need and that you were there with her at the end of her life. God Bless You. PS: I liked both you and your mom alot, and I wish we were all together again with Joyce at the casino!
Dearest Pat: You have always had a sparkle to keep you smiling! Your smile is what I will miss the most! We had some good times at St Mark’s picnics when I was able to get around. Love to you, your family and God bless you!
Goodbye, Aunt Pat. I will miss you very much. Thank you for remembering me and my family every Christmas and for sharing your great sense of humor with all of us. I will treasure the times I had with you and will always feel your love.
I am very sad to here of your moms passing…I have so many fond memories of growing up in the kuitems home!! Your mom and dad were like second parents to me. I was always welcomed for dinner and as part of the family growing up…I will truly cherish these memories…I know my Mom was there to greet her…many blessing to your family at this time and always…Love chris Gessin
Maggie, Annie, Billy & Family, So sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing..My heart aches for all of you.. Take great comfort that she is with the Lord now and free of pain. So glad that she had you to love her and take care of her during her sickness.

Pat has been our neighbor for over 7 years – since my husband and I moved in next door. She was always kind and always had a kind word to say. Our thoughts and prayers are with Magi and her family during these tough days.

To my loving cousins and family, I am so sorry that your mother has been taken. Aunt Pat was a great lady. She has kept in contact with my family for many years even though we have been gone for so long. That has always touched me. I know that I will remember her for the many lives she touched and her wonderful spirit. May God help you through this difficult time and know that there are so many of us that love you and wish we could be there in person to support you. Your loving cousin, Jackie
