Rochester: After a courageous battle with cancer, Sunday, April 17, 2011. Survived by her mother, Katherine ‘Sue’ (Dick) Condon; loving partner of 18 years, Ted Greene; loving children, Stephi (Bryon), Stevie (Gina), Joey; grandchildren, Tyler and Sienna; dear friend, Mary Jo (John) Root. Patricia was employed with Nukote International for over 33 years. She was loved by everyone who knew her. Friends may call Wednesday 4-6 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will follow calling at 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Ave, Box 704, Rochester, NY 14642 in her memory.
