Lillian and I were saddened to hear of Ozzie’s passing. He was a man of his own convictions but respected and learned from the opinions and views of others. He always spoke of how Anna kept him on the straight and narrow and how fortunate he was to have her in his life. He was always there to help you with repairs or remodeling. I’m sure he is now with Joseph, Jesus’ father, assisting with any needed repairs in heaven. " As I Sit In Heaven " As I sit in heaven and watch you every day I try to let you know with signs that I never went away I hear you when you’re laughing, and watch as you sleep I even place my arms around you to calm you as you weep I see you wish the days away begging to have me home So I send you signs so you know that you’re not alone Dont feel guilty that you have life that was denied to me Heaven is truly beautiful, just you wait and see So live your life, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free Then I know with every breath you take You’ll be taking one for me

I would like to express my most sincere condolences to the family. Thank you so much for trusting your beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather, into my care. I have had dinner with Ozzie at least 4 nights a week over the last 6 months. He has become more than a friend to me, he’s become my family, my dad, my grandpa. And he will truly be missed. The look on his face when he would see me, meant it was dinner time, and we all know… that made him a happy man! Please find some comfort in my words during this most difficult time, and know, Ozzie was a LOVED MAN….. trish

Dear Anna, Philip, John and David, so sorry to learn of Ozzie’s passing. We are in South Carolina and just heard today of his passing. Oz was a good friend, and we enjoyed many memorable times both with Rangers soccer as well as socially. He was a very generous man, remembering the countless times he treated the soccer team to ice cream after games, as well as the time commitment he gave to coaching and supporting the boys, and by that we mean ALL the boys. The charity he gave to others will be recognized and rewarded as he enters his eternal life. Rest in Peace, Oz.
