Collichio, Nicholas Daniel Greece: Nicholas passed away Thursday, June 23rd 2016 at the age of 26 after losing a long and courageous battle with drug addiction. Survived by his loving father and best friend Tony; his loving mother Pamela (Priestley) (Joe), his sister Heather (Dave) Stein who adored him; nephew and Godson David; nephew Cannon; nieces Savannah and Phoebe; Grandma Ann; Grandpa George Collichio; Godfather Daniel Priestley; Godmothers Michelle Kellett and Linda Finicchia; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends. You’re in the house of the Lord, and in the arms of the angels. May your soul flourish in eternal peace. Thoughts and prayers to the Collichio and Priestley families. Words can’t describe the love Pamela had for her son. In the short time I have known Nick it is apparent how he has touched all that he knew. You are deeply missed and we will see you after.
Tony, Pam and Heather – we are so so saddened with the news of Nicky’s passing. We know how hard you fought to help him with his troubles, but worry no more, he is free and no more pain. We loved him deeply, as we do you, and will always have very fond memories of our times spent with you and Nick. Please know our hearts are heavy and our thoughts and prayers are with you always, especially during this difficult time.
To the Family of Nicholas Collichio, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. I also have lost members of my family to addiction, and I understand the grief and sorrow that you are feeling at this time. During times as now many have found a measure of comfort in the pages of the Bible. In the Scriptures, we find God’s promises, that soon He will not only remove all causes of suffering, sorrow, and pain (Revelation 21:4-6), but also reunite us with our loved ones that are sleeping in death (John 5:25-29). It also tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37:11,29). Until then, may all of you be strengthened and comforted by the wonderful promises of Our Creator, as you cope with the difficult days ahead- Philippians 4:6,7,13.
Tony and family – We were so sad to hear about your loss and pray that Nick is in a better place and that you and your family find comfort among each other as you work through this most difficult time.
Tony, Pam, Heather and Dave
