Our daughters Liz and Jen met in junior highschool and have remained close friends ever since. When I worked at the Greece Public Library, I would see Nancy from time to time and we would enjoy a friendly chat. Nancy was usually with her dear husband and one day in particular, they shared the story of how they met. Nancy, was a student visiting Gerald’s home country of Britain. I thought their story was a romantic one and was touched that they would share it with me. I also know that Nancy was a devout Christian and is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My heartfelt prayers for Gerald, Jon, and Liz Bradshaw and their respective families.

My heartfelt condolences to Nancy’s family. When we were kids, Nancy and my sister were friends and they always included me in the fun. We had such good times on the Slip ‘n Slide, playing Risk, listening to records and dancing, and going on adventures. We moved away, but we stayed connected and Facebook allowed us the opportunity to reminisce, laugh about old memories and continue the love. Nancy was a genuinely warm and loving soul. I am glad she was in my life, Rest In Peace, dear Nancy.
Dear Nancy’s family, Nancy was a cousin through my dad Harvey in South Dakota. I always thought she was so beautiful when she could come to visit. Because of Jesus we will meet again! Sincerely, Rondi Hanssen, Emery SD
