Bill fought until the very end and did not want to leave anyone behind, being the strong, giving, and caring person that he is. He was always there for anyone anytime they needed something, no questions asked. We will all miss him, and remember what a good person, friend, and father he was. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. My children and I are very sorry for your loss. He will be missed and remembered.
Prayers and thoughts are with you Aunt Jane and Family. Billy is among the angels and pain free now. I was so amazed at how well he handled all that he did, he kept his spirits up. I will miss seeing Billy outside this summer and his advice. Billy will be missed by many. Love to all of you.
I can honestly say I know how painful this time is for the entire family, and it is never easy losing someone who is so amazing, young and full of life. We need to make sure that we reflect on the good times we have all had with him and celebrate his life. He has
taught me many valuable lessons over my younger years and I deeply regret not
spending more time with him as an adult. Another great life lesson from Uncle Bill,
don’t let distance stand in the way of staying in touch with your family. I
love you Unc, take care of my mother for me. You will be missed, but will live forever through our fond memories and know you have touched many lives.
To the entire Foster family,
Thank you for sharing your Dad,son, brother and uncle with us. Bill was a man that kept his word and stuck by his friends. His devotion to family was very impressive.
I feel very special to have known him, and indeed lucky to have had him as a close friend. May the family feel comfort in knowing he is now building an addition onto heaven to make room for us all. Love you brother!! Jim & Patti Muisus
I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Billy growing up on Names Rd and I remember him fondly. He was a true friend back then and so much fun. I remember playing games outside after dark: hide and seek, kick the can and the apple wars in the empty lot with all the neighborhood kids. He was a wonderful person and I am sure he will be greatly missed.
The memories go way back from the Orange Monkey to the Castle Inn & Ronnies Suburban Inn.Billy was that 70’s show.Rest in Peace.RIP.
To Bill’s Family,
Our heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your loved one. Cheryl & Gary Curtice
As he did all his life, Billy fought the good fight to the end. He was a strong and true friend. He was also a gentleman. The world is a colder place without him. RIP, Bill.

Bill was a kind and caring man and a true friend. While we will miss our friend, his memories will live long in our hearts. Until we meet again….
Our thought’s, prayers and condolences go out to the entire Foster family. Billy truly was tough guy, a good kind hearted guy, and always a great friend. I have many fond memories of him from Olympic Park, high school, and various neighborhood parties back in the day. He was always there you and would correct any injustice. He helped me at times that I will never forget. RIP Billy.
