Among my fondest memories of Aunt Millie is visiting her house on Dad’s day off. There was always something special on the stove in the kitchen and music in the house, whether from the piano by the front door or the music from the record player where Ronnie spun the 45s. Aunt Millie was a lady ahead of her time in so many ways. She has left her legacy to all of us.

Among my fondest memories of Aunt Millie is visiting her house on Dad’s day off. Her playing the piano by the front door and myself sitting next to her watching to trying to playing along. As I wrote on her 100 Birthday letter the many things I have remembered about her. Aunt Millie was a Special person even with the time I had with her, being afar at times makes it had to be close.. She has left her legacy to all of us.

I didn’t get to spend much time with Grandma the last few years, but the memories I have of her will stay with me for a lifetime!! She was an amazing woman!! The stories that she would tell (and living past 100 she had many!), her feisty attitude, and I will always remember her having to just keep feeding us! I do regret her not ever be able to meet her newest great-granddaughter who was born on 4/25/07, but I know she can see her from heaven! You will always be in our hearts, Robin, Mike, Blake & Rylee Cellura.

Millie was a tenant when we owed an apartment bldg. on Dewey Ave. in the late 1970 & early 1980’s. She was a super lady. When I was up working or fixing something at the bldg., Millie would invite me in for coffee and she always had cookies. She was always there to help out if I needed it. She always had everything sparkling clean, even the hallway into her apartment.

We loved Millie, even though we didn’t know her personally as a friend. We go to the Ontario County Health Facility to visit Jim’s brother Leo each weekend. Millie was always either sitting outside feeding the birds or right inside the door. We always talked to her, even though she couldn’t hear very well. She always wondered why God didn’t take her; now He has and she is resting comfortably in His arms, no more old age, no more pain. May she rest in peace. Jim and Anne Erdle
