Irondequoit: Passed away on March 2, 2026 at the age of 65.
Michael is predeceased by his father, Michael R. LiPani; mother, JoAnne (Lupo) LiPani. Survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Susan (Ciciotti) LiPani; daughter, Christina (David) Lombino; son, Michael P. LiPani; grandchildren, Lorenzo & Lana Lombino; sisters, Kim LiPani of ME, Sharon (Terry) Briskie of FL ; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Maria & Samuel Cordello; brother-in-law, Mark Ciciotti; aunt & uncle, Marianne & Donald Silveri; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
Michael was an impeccable and highly recommended painter for more than 50 years and took great pride in his work.
He was also known for his famous eggplant parm and looked for any excuse to have a get-together to entertain friends and family.
Friends may call Sunday (March 8th) 1-4 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday (March 9th) 10:00 AM at Christ the King Church, 445 Kings Hwy S, Rochester NY 14617. Private interment.
He was quite a person I’ve known him since he was a small child. He grew up with my kids. He will be sadly missed by the Guggino family.
