Michael Joseph McArdle
Greece (Native of Pittsburgh PA) Thursday, February 6, 2020 at age 66 went home to be with his parents, Joseph and Alice, Joseph and Jessie Wenke, sister-in-law, Mary McArdle, brother in law and best friend, Michael J. Wenke. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Diane; devoted children, Michael (Christina), Melissa (Todd) Fantauzzo and Chris McArdle; his pride and joys, grandchildren, Ashton, Riley, Joe and Jake; brother, Robert J. and sister, Joanne E. Dolinar; beloved sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins; many loving and dear friends especially Nick Tisa and Jason Brownlie whom were like sons to him.
Mike worked for Kodak and most recently LiDestri Foods Inc. and loved spending time with his family. He was a vintage tractor enthusiast and enjoyed the outdoors, boating and hunting. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Mike’s visitation will be held Wednesday, February 12th 4-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Rd. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, February 13th 10:30 AM at St. Marks Church, 54 Kuhn Rd. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Lollypop Farm in his memory. Always enjoyed it when Mike stopped by my office, he was a blast to talk with, always honest! LiDestri will miss him, I will miss him.
Diane, Mike, Melissa and Chris, we are so sorry for your loss. Mike was always quick with a smile and a long story. Whenever there was a need for a helping hand, Mike was the first to offer. The neighborhood won’t be the same without him. You were all blessed to have had him in your lives and now have him as your angel watching over all of you.

Mike was a wonderful guy! At work, he was always quick with a story and he made me laugh. I am so sorry for his passing and thinking of his family during this tough time.

Ole Man McArdle! I am sorry to just hear this news of your passing. The laughs and good times we had in the neighborhood, out front of your house and at the race track were a lot of fun.
