Greece: Friday, October 23, 2015 at age 76. Predeceased by her husband, Leo J. Guzik; brother, Stanley Telga; sisters, Bernadine Swiercznski, Eleanor Ostrowski. Survived by her sons, Michael Guzik, Dr. William (Kristin) Guzik, Jason (Eileen) Guzik; daughter, Charmaine (John) O’Keefe; grandchildren, Brian (Kendra), Michael and Jessica O’Keefe, Jeremy, Billy, Tessa and Molly Guzik; great-grandchildren, Cian and Cade; sister, Shirley Zambito; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Friends may call Tuesday (Oct 27th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Church.
