Mary Louise Marron
Our beautiful mother Mary Louise Marron, 87, passed away peacefully with her children at her side August 7, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Eugene Marron. Mary will be best remembered for her loving heart, her strong faith, and the pride she took in being a devoted wife, a caring mother of five, the amazing Grammy to 13 grandchildren, and Great Grandmother to four. Mary is survived by her siblings Jack (Marilyn) Hodgetts, Samuel (Roseanne) Hodgetts, and Evelyn Barry, her children Patricia (Richard) Palumbo, Geno (Melanie), Nancy (Eddie) Ciminelli, Mark (Dinah), and John (Bridget), a cottage full of nieces and nephews, her many cherished Godchildren, and countless friends and neighbors.
Pretty dreams, Mom.
Visitation will be held Sunday, August 20, 1:00 – 4:00 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, August 21, 11:00 AM at The Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY.
In lieu of flowers, Mary would request that you hug your nearest loved one and tell them how precious they are. For more information and to sign her online guestbook, visit www.meesonfamily.com
My condolences to the whole Marron family. Mary was beautiful inside and out! Kind and always beautifully dressed, she was an example of grace and faith. The love and respect Gene and Mary had for each other was an example to all. Rest in peace, Mom! You will be missed by many❤️ Beth
Nancy I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
Aunt Mary, you are forever in our hearts. May God’s grace be with your loved ones during this difficult time.
To all the family, John and I are saddened at the passing of you much loved mom and wish to extend our deepest sympathies at her passing.
To The Marron Family, My mother, Betty Perreault, had the privilege of being your mother’s roommate at the Latta Road West Nursing Home. Visits with my mom usually included some conversations with your mother, and I so enjoyed Mary’s sweet and friendly demeanor. My sincerest sympathy as you grieve the loss of your mother. I know all too well what you’re feeling at this time. Sue Bonafini
