Mary K. Phelan (Kavanaugh) Insert Irish Cross Greece: Saturday, March 24, 2018 at age 87. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas F. Phelan; brother, Paddy Cavanaugh; granddaughter, Susan Lill. Survived by her sons, Thomas (Kathryn) Phelan, Patrick (Lisa) Phelan; daughter, Eileen (George) Alley; nephew, Kevin (Anne) Phelan; sister, Nora Fox; grandchildren, Thomas (Kathy), Brian (Shawna), Carrie, William, Mary Ellen (Robert) Cabarcas, Sean Alley, Sharyn (Blaine) Evans, Tyler and Dylan Evans, Cassandra (Dominic), Ryan (Malorie) and Tarrah (Daniel); 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends in Ireland, U.K. and in the U.S. Friends may call Monday (April 2nd) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday (April 3rd) 9:30 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.     I’m smiling now, thinking of Cousin Mary…I will miss her. Mary always had a smile for me even after a long night of waiting tables at the Club. When I first got there, she helped me out and was a good teacher! We will remember her in our prayers.
