Greece: On January 25, 2015 Mary Jane went home to be with the Lord. She is predeceased by her husband John and infant son, Joseph. Survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Mary Sue and Joan (Erich); grandson, Paul; sister, Joanne; many loving family and dear friends. Mary Jane was loving, caring, selfless and generous to all and always prayed for others. She will be deeply missed. Mary Jane’s visitation will be held Friday, January 30th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Memorial Service will be celebrated Saturday, January 31st, 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Church 1000 N. Greece Road. Interment held privately in Parma Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the House of Mercy, 725 Hudson Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621 in her memory. Dear Mary, Joan and family,
We just saw the obituary in the paper on-line. Your Mother was a great lady, and she touched many lives, for the positive, in her lifetime. Our hearts go out to all of you at this time. Maryjane has been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. She will always be remembered.
Maryjane was a dear friend of mine for sixty year. She always showed love to me, my family. For all these years she has been a cherished friend. One of the most giving people I have ever known. I can not believe she is gone – I will always miss her.
