Rochester: Saturday, April 4, 2009. Predeceased by her parents, Antoni and Katherine Pavlowitz; husband, Joseph W. Jacek, Sr.; sister, Stella Wagner. Survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Victor and RaeAnn, Joseph Jr. and Lisa, Thomas, James; brother, John Pullivich; grandchildren, Brian, Victor, Nicholas, Steven and Amanda Jacek; aunts and uncles, especially aunt Estelle; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Tuesday 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 9:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Ave. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory
