Rochester: Monday, May 24, 2010. Predeceased by her son, Mark; husband, Eliseo ‘Leo’; sister, Dolores VanDuser. She is survived by her children, Thomas Ferrarese (William Giancursio), Christine (Ronald) Knight, Susan (Mark) Contestable, Steven (Laurie) Ferrarese; grandchildren, Shawna, Alexandra, Mary Elizabeth, Ashley, Mark, Ryan & Lisa; several nieces and nephews; many loving friends. Mary loved spending time with her family and enjoyed her grandchildren. She loved shopping, knitting and gambling, just having ‘fun’. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 9:00 AM at Holy Cross Church. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Salesian Missions, 2 Lefevre Lane, P.O. Box 728, New Rochelle, NY 10802-0728 in her memory.
Chris and Family, We were so saddened to hear of your mom’s death. Remembering the good times. She will be in your hearts forever and her love for you is everlasting. We are all so lucky to have great parents and to have wonderful loving memories with no regrets. Even though we cannot be there physically, we are with you in our hearts.
