Greece: Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Predeceased by her parents, Roy and Clara Fender; brother, Robert Fender. She is survived by her son, Aaron Fender; several cousins and dear friends. Marlea was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company after over 30 years. Friends may call Friday 9-11 AM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, where her Funeral Service will follow calling Friday at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the American Lung Association in her memory
Aaron it was a pleasure taking care of your mom in the hospital.We had alot of laughs together.I came to check on her the day she passed & you 2 were sleeping and I didn’t want to bother you.I wish I had now knowing that was her last day. She was a very special lady & she’ll always have a special place in my heart.God bless you.

I first met Marlea back in the 50’s where we both worked in the same Dept. at Kodak for a few years. We became good friends and always remained friends throughout her life. We had many good times in those earlier years. We took some trips and we had many good laughs. I truly will miss her but will treasure those good memories. Condolences to Aaron.
