Greece: Friday, April 8, 2016 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband, John D. Stanton and son, John J. Stanton. Survived by her children, Frank F. (Jeanne) Stanton, James A. (Janet) Stanton, Mary A. Stanton; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Margaret was a member of the Women’s Club of Rochester and enjoyed golfing, playing bridge, and bowling. Margaret’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 16 11:30 AM at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Avenue. Interment held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY 14612, in her memory. Jim, Jan, Mike, Whitney,Mariah, Mary,Frank and Family you are all in our thoughts and prayer as you prepare your Mom and Grandmother’s send off this week. Your Mother was so loving and a terrific woman! She is probably having the time of her life now visiting with your Dad, brother and her family and loved ones! She was so sweet and she spoke often of how much she loved you all!
