Greece: Peacefully on May 22, 2013 at age 97. Predeceased by her husband, Dorando J. ‘Joe’ ‘Dodo’ Cerulli; sisters Rose Gullo and Elizabeth Cerulli; brother Charles Giglia. Survived by her brother Sam (Elaine) Cumbo; daughter Veronica J. (Robert) Lembke; grandchildren Margaret (Robert) Cutt, Mark (Marcia Buckley) Lembke, Matthew (Peggy) Lembke; great-grandchildren Robert Cutt III, Valerie Cutt, and Veronica A. Lembke; dear cousin Mary Ellen (Richard) DiMuro; many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Midge was a skillful seamstress and cook. She was an especially talented and prodigious baker whose cookies and petit fours were well-known and much in-demand among her family and friends. As a young woman, she worked for many years at several of Rochester’s clothing manufacturers. She is a former part-owner and general manager of the Chili County Club and a long-time member of Ridgemont Country Club. She was active in golf leagues, bowling, and Bridge clubs. Later she volunteered her time and talents to a number of local organizations. She especially enjoyed her volunteer work for Park Ridge Hospital and The Park Ridge Foundation. Family and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church located at 15 St. Martins Way, Rochester, NY 14616; Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY 14612. No prior calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Midge’s name to the Rochester Alzheimer’s Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620, the Villages at Unity, 1471 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626, or Crimson Ridge Gardens Memory Care, 1 Treeline Drive, Greece, NY 14612.
To Midge’s family, you were blessed with a loving Mother, may her Soul rest in
the peace of Our Lord. You have our deepest sympathy.

Cheryl has fond memories of her when she use to work in old country buffet and Mige use to come in and they chat alot
