Luigi “Gino” Salvatore Curcio passed away on the morning of Saturday, April 2, 2022 surrounded by love at home with his family. Born on May 31, 1950 in Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy. He was predeceased by his parents, Teresa Frustaci and Francesco Curcio. He was survived by his brother Rolando Curcio, sister Giovanna Chiarella, children; Mario (Niki), Teresa, Jenna, and Francesco Curcio, his grandchildren; Joey and Jovanni Lewin, Angelina, Alessandra, and Luigi Curcio.

Gino and Anna came to America with their 2 children to live a life they desired. He loved soccer, cooking, gardening, being an electrician and most importantly spending time with his family. Gino loved America, but yearned to go back to Italy to live peacefully close to his siblings and all his family still there.  Maybe he left us too soon, Maybe he was needed more in heaven.  Either way, our hearts are crushed, we love you Pa.

Luigi’s visitation  will be held Thursday, April 7th  4-7 PM at Vay- Schleich & Meeson at 1075 Long Pond Rd.  His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 8th at 9:30 AM at St. Lawrence Church 1000 N. Greece Road.  For more information and to sign his online guestbook visit www.meesonfamily.com

My condolences to you Mario, Teresa and the rest of the family. Today I found out that your father passed away a few days ago and I was hoping to make the church service at least but I guess I did not make that on time either. I pray for your family that The Good Lord give you guys peace knowing very well that he is with him and the rest of his family in heaven…we had some good times at Delco and I will remember him for those. My friend, no more pain no more suffering. Ciao, Ciccio…!!! To the Curcio family may God Bless you all. BLAISE (Biagio) RAGUSA…
