GATES: Thursday, July 17, 2008. Survived by her husband, Joseph V. Rendsland; her daughter, Karen Gates; 2 grandchildren, Ginelle Nerau and Courtney Konecny; 3 great-grandchildren, Casey, Stephanie and Evangeline. Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Monday at 11:00AM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. (No prior calling hours). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

    Karen I recently heard of Lera’s passing. I Hope that you and your family are doing well. I have such fond memories of Lera from the Sheraton Days, she taught me so much that I carry with me always… She was a unique lady, but you know that. Just wanted to let you know that over the past few days I have been remembering her. Laughing to myself at times! Donna
