Greece: October, 7, 2009 at age 90. Predeceased by her husband, Bernard F. Lansing. She is survived by her children, Sharon Lansing, Bernard P. (Patricia) Lansing & Douglas (Michele Barnard) Lansing; grandchildren, Burt (Cynthia) Stimson, Janet (Scot) Heister & Eric (Julie) Lansing; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Morgan, Taylor & Kayla; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. Friends may call Monday, 4-7:30 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecelia Church, 2732 Culver Road. Entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. John’s Home in her memory.
So sorry to hear about your mom. Her picture was so beautiful, just as I remember her. You all will be in my prayers and thoughts. I have many fond memories of Lena and the rest of the family.
