Thursday, March 8, 2007 at age 72, in Myrtle Beach. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Suzanne Mirguet Black; sons, Tim (Caroline), Jeff (Diana), Steve, Bill Black (Kimberly); daughter, Joyanna (Victor) Cantrell; sister, Arlene Murrell; 8 grandchildren. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in the Korean War and a retiree of the Greece Police Department after 31 years of service. Friends may call Saturday 9-10 AM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, where his Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home.
