Joseph M. Penkin “Mike” Charlotte: Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at age 63. A Service celebrating Mike’s s Life will be held Thursday June 28th, 4 P.M. at the Robach Community Center (large bath house), 180 Beach Avenue, Rochester, NY 14612. Please come in casual attire & bring any photos or memorabilia to share with Mike’s family & friends. He was the best neighbor. Such a kind sweet and thoughtful person. He will be missed dearly.

I remember Big Mike from Kodak Construction Division, I welded for him on many occasions. He was a great person to associate with

Mike and I graduated from St. John’s in Spencerport in 1968 and worked together at Kodak. Great guy. Pete and I worked together at Research in Kodak. My condolences to all the family. I have a picture of our class from 1966. If any of the family would like it please email me.
Mike and I worked together @ Kodak for many years. He was a very good mechanic, hard working and honest to a fault. He was never one to pull his punches and there was never any doubt to how he felt about things. So sorry for your loss, Ashley and Jillian. He was very proud of you and we would compare stories about raising teen-aged girls. RIP, Mike
Mike was a great guy. In the few years that I knew him, I saw how much he cared for and loved his wife, daughters, and family. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Thoughts and prayers to the Penkin family.

So sorry to hear of Mikes passing. He was a very talented and witty person, made me laugh constantly. We will surely miss him! He and Sue were a pair of ACEs!!!
I am very sad to hear that Mike has passed away. My condolences to Ashley and Jillian and all the family. I worked with Mike for many years @ Kodak. He was one of the best mechanics I’d ever worked with. He was one of kind.

Although I had not seen Mike in many years, I have many great memories with Mike, and his brother Pete from years ago. Mike was a lot of fun to be around, and he always kept me laughing with his great sense of humor (Three Stooges). Mike was a wonderful friend, and he will be greatly missed. Condolences to all of his family.
Went to CMHS with mike. Used to run into him now and then. Great guy. Will be missed. RIP
