Dear Bette and family…i’m very sad to hear of your loss of Joe, although I never got to really know Joe very well, I knew enough to know that he was a courageous, warm, funny and inspiring guy…he will be sadly missed for sure, but don’t worry too much about him, he’s walking around in a better place and we will meet again someday!
i worked with joe at kodak in the mid 80s and he was a very good man.I WAS a young kid and joe allways helped me when i made a mistake he would some times cover for me .i know he is still looking out for me ……
I worked with Joe for many years at Kodak. I have fond memories of a great guy, who was fun to work with and always had a good story. May God bless him and his family. Linda (Bortle) Coye

My deepest sorrow for all of the ventura family. I lived with the ventura family from 58-61.Joe was like a BIG BROTHER to me, always upbeat and lots of jokes.I worked for joe when he had a lunch counter on the east side. He will be remembered in our prayers.
