Pittsford: December 8, 2012 at age 82. John is predeceased by his wife, Joyce M. Heslink. He is survived by his loving son, Scott (Donna) Heslink of VA; grandson, William Davis; sister, Jane Falleta of CA; many dear friends. John is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Korean War. He is a retired executive of Eastman Kodak Company and a past board member of QVI. Interment held privately at White Haven Memorial Park and Arlington National Cemetery.
John was a very kind and gentle man with a generous spirit who will be missed. Scott, No words take grief away. This quote has helped me in the past. As a OGP rep I had many opportunities to chat with John over the years. He was always gracious, charming and enlightening. I shall miss our talks.
I worked with your dad at Kodak in the 70’s and 80’s and just last year we reconnected via email and we met for a wonderful lunch. He shared many a story of his grown up family and his pride in you. I am sorry for your loss.
John and I met at Eastman Kodak when we both worked initially at Kodak Office Industrial Relations and later in the newly formed Field Industrial Relations. He was an intelligent and dedicated manager, a good friend and someone who possessed a great sense of humor. All who knew John will miss him.
Scott, As a member of the Kelley’s camp group, our semi-annual meetings will not be the same without him.

So saddened to read about the passing of Mr. Heslink today. He was a good friend to my dad as they built their careers at Eastman Kodak. He will be greatly missed.

We shall miss Mr. John Heslink’s ‘Hello’ stop by visits to Rochester office whenever Singapore staff went for USA training. Both Mr. & Mrs. John Heslink have touched our hearts with their warmth, kindness and words of encouragement.
Dear Scott and Family, Your dad was a loyal member of the Swancott Mills Photographic Society, and contributed much to the upkeep and enjoyment of Kelley’s camp. He was a fine gentleman, and will be very much missed.

Scott, both John and Joyce were very special to me as an OGP rep. John always thought of us out on the West Coast and made it a point to touch bases with us to get a reading on what was going on. You were fortunate to have wonderful parents and the rest of us were fortunate to have them as friends.
The Kelley Camp will miss John. Our condolences to you, Scott, and your family.

John was a dear friend. We grew up together and graduated in the class of 1948 from Panama Central School. I was saddened to read of his passing. Our church bought his childhood home in order to build our new church sanctuary. I have many fond memories of our childhood , elementary and high school days. My deep sympathy to you Scott and the family.
