Weiss, John ‘Jack’ Lincoln Rochester: June 17, 2016 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his twin sister, Jean Weiss deVries. Survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Marilyn(Sexton) Weiss; loving daughter, Susan Weiss; nephews, John (Toni) deVries, Bill deVries, David deVries; neice, Jane deVries; loving family and dear friends. Jack was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served our Country in WWII. Over the years his hobbies included sailing, photography, baseball and golf. He will be deeply missed. Jack’s visitation will be held Monday June 20th, 5-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd, Greece Chapel. His graveside service will be Tuesday, June 21st 10:00 AM at Garland Cemetery 7743 Ridge Rd W. Clarkson NY. (meet at gate of cemetery). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greece Volunteer Ambulance or Lake Shore Fire District in his memory. While there are truly not enough words to comfort you at this time, please know that I am thinking of you and your family. I too, was an only child and my Dad was really such a special man too. My heart goes out to you and your Mom at this time of monumental loss. My parents too, were married just shy of 56 years when my mom passed away.
