John J. Shaughnessy Greece: transitioned on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at age 81 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was a proud Irishman born in Bronx, NY to John J. Shaughnessy and Katherine Greer and was the only child. John loved sports, reading, movies & theatre and socializing. He was loved by everyone who met him and had a unique way of connecting with people. He is survived by his children; Michelle Barrow, Nicole Casteel, Andrea Joubert, Bernard Barrow; grandchildren; Deborah Salter, Dustin Gauthier, Mikala Joubert, Angela Barrow, Jeannette Mora, Ileana Anguiano, Brandon Barrow, Adam Casteel, and Kristin Hawkins; 12 great-grandchildren.
