John was one super individual. Extremely talented and entertaining. Always enjoyable in conversation. He was so impressive as a cousin and friend. Joyce loved to visit and talk to John. Now they can talk forever. My girls always called him “Johnny with the boat”. From the days he sailed. They loved that. Although I haven’t seen John in a while he will be so missed.

Cousin Johnny is now the angel in heaven that he was on earth. My family was always grateful for the time and attention he gave to my grandmother, Lorraine. John was the keeper of family history and memorabilia—I’m richer because he shared that with me. You are someone that I look forward to seeing in heaven Johnny! Can’t wait to hear you sing again! Xoxo

Condolences to John’s brothers and their families, and to his many cousins. John was a very kind and caring individual with a great sense of humor. And a great singer too! He will be missed by many. So very sorry to hear of his passing.

I will miss John very much. He was such a good and caring person. I can’t believe he is gone. John was a very good friend to my Mom (Molly Quinn) they had many good times together. I could never thank John enough for his love and caring for her at the end of her life. I am sure they are up in heven enjoying good times. I also am sure that God has a special garden in Heaven for John to cultivate beautiful flowers. My deepiest sympathy goes out to Johns family, I am sure you too will miss him very much. He was a very special person.
