Greece: June 28, 2009 at age 82. Predeceased by his wife, Concetta Cielepala. He is survived by his daughter, Marie (Patrick) D’Alessandro; grandchildren, Connie-Rose Deane & Patrick D’Alessandro II; sisters, Mary Tostanoski & Helen Loveland; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. John is a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War. Friends may call Tuesday, 4-8 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be held, Wednesday 10 A.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Parkinson’s Association, University of Rochester Medical Center, 919 Westfall Road, C-220, Rochester NY 14618 in his memory.

    Marie & Connie-Rose and family, We were sorry to hear about John’s passing. . Unfortunently were out of town and unable to attend the services , but the on line tribute was very nice and brought back special memories. Our Deepest sympathies, Love Tracy and Kathy

    We are so sad to red of Jon’s psing. We were friends with him and wife Sandra when we all attended Canandaigua Baptist Church. He was a great man who will be missed by all
